This certification reaffirms leadership and dedication to customer service and support and celebrates nearly two decades of continuous advancement and commitment to excellence. The recognition for 2024 highlights Ameritas’ ongoing commitment to uphold and surpass industry standards.

Maintaining this level of distinction requires that contact centers meet and adhere to stringent standards consistently, year after year — an achievement that defines industry excellence.
