Plan options
Your employees can save on out-of-pocket costs by visiting a network provider. The Ameritas Dental Network is one of the largest in the nation and we partner with the two largest vision networks, VSP and EyeMed.
Group dental
Your broker can adjust variables such as deductibles, maximums, claim allowances and add-on benefits. Add-ons include benefits for vision, orthodontia, LASIK and hearing care. Many small business dental plans include a benefit rewards program to help benefits go further.

Group vision
Vision plans are available with the VSP or EyeMed network, or no network. You can also choose frequency and allowance options.

Individual plans
If your small business only has a handful of employees, you can promote individual insurance. We handle the enrollment, billing and collecting so you have no administrative responsibilities. Your employees shop for and enroll in plans online, and they are solely responsible for the plan premium.

We offer secure online accounts for employers and employees. View plan documents, manage your plan members, access ID cards, and view your billing statements and payment history in your benefits administrator account. If there are questions on benefits or claims, we are a phone call away.
