Ameritas Retirement Plans Introduces 401k ELITE Multiple Employer Plan
Lincoln, Neb.//September 21, 2011//Ameritas Retirement Plans, a division of Ameritas Life Insurance Corp. (Ameritas Life), signed formal agreements with Pentegra Services, Inc. (Pentegra) and Mesirow Financial Investment Management, Inc. (Mesirow Financial) to market the Employers 401k ELITE Retirement Plan. Employers who join a multiple employer plan (MEP) are not required to be related.
Each company brings its special expertise to this multiple employer plan.
- Ameritas Retirement Plans is responsible for all recordkeeping services and the basic investment platform.
- Pentegra serves as the MEP sponsor and the Board serves as the plan administrator.
- Mesirow Financial’s Investment Strategies department selects the investment options and performs the duties of the 3(38) Investment Manager.
The Employers 401k ELITE Retirement Plan is being distributed by Ameritas Life and in New York by First Ameritas Life Insurance Corp. of New York (First Ameritas).
